The purpose of the Huntington Beach Community Garden is to educate children and adults about organic gardening and to provide an area where individuals and families can grow fruit, vegetables, flowers and herbs for their own use and for local food banks.
Member Benefits:
Members receive priority for a garden plot on a first-come, first served basis.
Members are invited to the Huntington Beach Community Garden Meeting and Educational Sessions.
Membership in HBCG includes membership in the California Garden Clubs, Inc. with all membership benefits and privileges. Visit www.Californiagardenclubs.com for more information.
Member Eligibility:
HBCG membership is open to all who wish to support the purpose and mission of the Huntington Beach Community Garden.
Garden plots are available to Huntington Beach Residents, business or property owners only. Proof of eligibility may be required.
Membership Dues of $20.00 per household per year. Additional contributions will help us continue to fulfill our mission.
The Huntington Beach Community Garden is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization and is eligible to receive tax-deductible charitable contributions according to IRS guidelines. Federal Tax ID: 27-0678187
